NACREI Provides IOS Continuing Education

NACREI provides Inspectors of Structures with bi-monthly Continuing Education courses approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division. NACREI members are provided with quality classroom or on-site courses specifically designed for Northern Nevada. Members who attend NACREI meetings regularly will acquire the 20 hours of CE credits required to renew their bi-annual IOS Certificates with the NV RED. NACREI’s curriculum includes the required 2 hours of NV Law and 3 hours of Safety as required. NACREI members have the unique opportunity to learn from leading professionals in Northern Nevada and exchange ideas of mutual interest with fellow inspectors in the industry. NACREI’s “Standards of Practice” are in substantial compliance with the rules and regulations established by the Nevada Real Estate Division in NAC 645D.

IOS Info: NACREI provides 6 Continuing Education courses per year. The CE courses are provided 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on the 2nd Wednesday of every other month: January, March, May, July, September & November. Classroom CE courses are typically conducted at the South Valleys Library located at 15650-A Wedge Parkway, Reno, NV 89511. Off-site meeting locations will be posted on this website prior to the meeting. NACREI membership provides and affordable means of staying in personal contact with fellow inspectors while acquiring required CE credits. Annual dues are $150 and non-member fees are $75 per course. As a courtesy, nonmember IOS are invited to attend 1 complimentary CE course to learn more about the benefits of joining NACREI.
